All About Tabitha &
Organic Shape Design...
Tabitha was raised to be mindful of our natural environment, under the wing of her all-knowing Grandmother. Forever curious and always seeking new knowledge in regards to the science of nature, she enjoys learning about the anatomy of flora & fauna through illustration. Her history of being connected to nature is reflected in her portfolio of work, but also in how she lives. Gardening and being self-sufficient is something she enjoys greatly, and this ultimately feeds into the inspiration for her designs and illustrations. Her main career objective in relation to design is to design for the greater good, with her work providing spotlight for our natural environment, educating others on its importance and being sustainable in her practice.
From Tabitha's history, Organic Shape Design is committed to representing the beauty of our natural environment through design and artistry. Tabitha's design journey is focused on creating intricate and unique illustrations for surface applications that showcase the wonders of nature. Tabitha's designs are carefully crafted to inspire others to appreciate and protect our planet.
Tabitha possesses a wealth of qualities that are highly relevant to the digital drawing and CAD techniques used in the design industry. Her portfolio showcases her unique style and creativity, which is inspired by nature and features organic shapes and patterns that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design, after graduating from Norwich University of the Arts in July of 2024. Throughout her years at university, she dedicated each project to celebrating various aspects of nature. You can view the portfolio of work created in her time at university on the Portfolio page.

Tabitha has a keen interest in working with individuals, charities and organisations that share a similar ethos and approach to preserving, protecting and celebrating our natural environment. Despite holding a Bachelor's in Textile Design, Tabitha holds the qualities of an illustrator, digital artworker and artist, therefore allowing for a skillset crossover in terms of what projects she can successfully work on. She is an independent designer, illustrator and maker, providing services to those who have an interest in her design-mind, but also providing slow-made textile pieces that represent her ethos of celebrating nature.
